• 16 years of experience in the wood packaging and container business in the area of El Paso-Juarez-Chihuahua market corridor
• 12 years as General Manager of Empaques y Tarimas de Juarez, his own wood pallet business which had 15% market share
• Joined IOS in 2005 as Sales Manager for the Wood Pallet & Crate business unit after IOS acquired Empaques y Tarimas
• General Manager of IOS’ Wood Pallet & Crate business for 2 years
• Prior experience as Production Manager of Empaques Industriales, one of the leading packaging companies in Juarez
• Industrial Engineering graduate of Instituto Tecnologico de Sonora
• Married; 3 sons ages 10, 11 and 12
