• 2003 - IOS enters pallet business through the acquisition of a packaging business.
• 2005 - Business is expanded through acquisition of Empaques y Tarimas, a family-owned pallet company, which was co-owned and operated by PCI co-founder Eleazar Fierro for more than 12 years
• 2006 - Entry into the Chihuahua market
• 2007 - Under leadership of Laird Carmichael and Eleazar Fierro, customer base is expanded and sales volume doubled
• Sept 2007 – Mssrs. Carmichael and Fierro join forces to form PCI and purchase the pallet business from IOS through a management buyout
