• 2005 - Business is expanded through acquisition of Empaques y Tarimas, a family-owned pallet company with more than 12 years in the industry.

• 2007 - Under current management, customer base is expanded and sales volume doubled
• Sept 2007 – Current management joins forces to form PCI and purchase the pallet business from IOS through a management buyout
